Breakaway Cannon

Breakaway Cannon is a superb casting aid for use with fixed spool reels.

The Breakaway Cannon is heavier duty then the thumb button and the Cannon can handle serious power casting.

The Cannon is fitted to the underside of the rod butt directly above the reel spool and can be simply fitted using electrical tape.

The design of the Breakaway Cannon reduces line ‘slap’ on release and cuts down on crack offs caused by loose line catching the butt ring.

A cannon takes the pain out of fixed spool power casting and can help to add yards to your cast.
