This is a very specialist reel line which still has a small but loyal following with anglers seaking fish in the deepest waters. Now mainly sold to the Orkneys and Cyprus but if you are after deep water fish do not dismiss wire as there are times when it is still the best.
Please note that wire is hard on your tackle so a good quality reel and heavy rod with rollers is needed.
