Seadra Octopus Hook

The Octopus is a strong short shanked hook which is designed for presenting fish strip baits for hard fighting species. The small sizes are perfect for species such as bream and wrasse whilst the larger size will handle anything from hounds and bass up to tope.

The Seadra Octopus is made high carbon steel and features a curved in super sharp precission ground needle point, strengthend forged bend and neat curved up eye. The curved eye lends itself to snelling or knotless knotting rather than traditional knotting and this aids bait presentation and gives an improved hook up rate. It also makes the hook a popular choice as the top hook on heavy duty pennel rigs with a number of anglers favouring the largest sizes on shore tope rigs.
