Turkana Competition Urfe

The Urfe is a combined lead clip and snood attachment. It ensures that the snood is anchored firmly to the sea bed and is a great way of fishing 1 or more hooks below the lead. The Urfe has been perfected by contintental anglers who use it to great effect to target smaller species by using a long flowing terace with 1, 2 or 3 hooks. It allows the baits to cover a wide area of the seabed or by adding small pop ups you can fish up in the water for species feeding off the bottom. The whole concept lends its to the continental and fixed spool aproach which allows the use of extra long traces.
