The Pro is a 5′ sand spike which makes a very simple but effective rod stand which works very well on sand or shingle beaches
It comes with a foam lined metal V head and adjustable metal butt cup and has a folding ‘kick plate’ to help you to firmly push it in to the beach. The extra length of the 5′ Pro and the adjustable butt support allows you to get the rod tip high which helps to keep your line clear of the breakers.
